Lawn Maintenance Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Lawn Maintenance Services

DCR agrees to provide lawn maintenance services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Lawn maintenance services may include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, seasonal cleanup, turf maintenance, debris removal, and related landscape maintenance services as outlined within the service agreement or maintenance schedule.

Services shall be performed according to industry standards, seasonal growth patterns, weather conditions, and DCR’s operational routing schedule. Service frequency and scheduling may be adjusted by DCR as necessary to maintain turf health, site safety, or operational efficiency.

DCR reserves the right to determine the proper method, equipment, crew size, and sequence of services necessary to complete lawn maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner.

2. Changes in Service or Additional Work

Should the Owner, property manager, tenant, or authorized representative request additional services, modifications to scheduled maintenance, or changes in service scope, the invoice amount shall be adjusted accordingly.

All additional services, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive debris removal
  • Turf repair or restoration
  • Seasonal or storm cleanup
  • Fertilization, aeration, overseeding, or pesticide treatments

All shall be treated as extra work and billed at applicable Time and Materials rates unless separately contracted.
